As I was in Ore this AM for my booster I took pics. Pics 1&2 relate to Halton Barracks. From 1804 it housed soldiers fighting the French under Napoleon. In 1823 the barracks were sold. Pic 3 is the war memorial, showing the names of those who died in WW1. Pic4 is Christ Church.

The Resident Led Partnership of Big Local North East Hastings today opens a grant scheme to fund projects and services that support residents in the Big Local area during lockdown.
