My dad "Ops" would have been 124 today. David took this pic.. I didn't know until I developed the film in my camera. It was the last photo taken of my dad, the Gentleman Farmer. And the farmer's daughter Chloe Ann was with him. We were watching the purple martins.
Today is my Sister Sallie's birthday. She would have been 100 years old - she almost made it. I wish for one of those many ordinary days when I would stop by and we would talk about plants.

Potatoes and beets in my compost! Since I have planted nothing, maybe they will produce; otherwise, I will have no fresh veggies. I AM going to plant, just always tomorrow.
Barney and I had some great Easter outfits. Of course, I had gloves and socks with lace and ruffles. I also had a cape. We both had berets and hats that were specially made just for us. We went to Portsmouth to have the outfits made.
