STUPID TRAFFIC ENGINEERS: Who got the hair brain idea to re stripe northbound Ridge between Devon & Pratt making it ONLY one lane instead of two this week?

This just caused more traffic, more unsafe, and a waste of money, no new speed bumps, bump outs or bike lanes.

CITY of CHICAGO COMPLETELY MISMANAGED: The: city continues an a downward spiral with empty storefronts, never ending road construction, increasing taxes, building bump outs, streetscapes, & bike lanes. massive retail thief, & violent crime.
