@excitel_rocks @jagograhakjago Please take action against this @excitel_rocks Hyderabad, they took prepayment and promised high speed and fix issue in working 4hrs, but they are continuously disconnecting internet during whole night.. raised issue multiple times but not fixed yet since 2months.

@excitel_rocks it could be better if you focus on stability services instead of promotion.. almost 20days a month between midnight 12AM - 7AM you disconnect the internet and simply close all tickets without fixing. yet 8month 🫠

@JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare @reliancejio I’ve two connections in one is Hyderabad & another Gadwal, But everywhere issue with Network. While my plan is 30MBps jio is providing 1MBps. Opting jio service like Hell. @ACTFibernet is far better than this for 10year+
