#DCComics#JonKent situation 🧵
Jon Kent was created in July 2015. He was a cheerful boy, who was intrigued by being the son of #Superman. Together with his father, and later also with his best friend Damian Wayne as Super Sons, he was learning what it meant to be a hero.

Sorry for those who were pining to watch Jon age-up unnecessary. We made bold editorial decision that chores, homework & play Fortnite in #BattleOfTheSuperSons is better use of his & your time & energy. But if you're a fan of YA heroes, Jon isn't one of them :)

People'll continue to ask for Jon Kent to be de-aged, so can come back w/his own personality, written in character & explore his sexuality; instead of it all erased, written as new character, & randomly made bi in 1 panel for attention, by writer who don't care about sexualities
.@Superman If you *actually* love Jon Kent, you wouldn't have ruined him since 2018 & continue w/broken & differently written character. Him being bi is one of very few good things, but terribly handled. Would've been better if Jon was still young teen exploring his sexuality...
HELL YEAH! THE BOYS ARE BACK!
I'm loving this trailer for the #BattleOfTheSuperSons#SuperSons movie! Looks like it really got the potential to be really good! I'm happy! 🥹🥹🥹

Dceased & Soke cannot be written by the same Tom Taylor.
1. "Passing of mantle" w/compassion, love & necessity vs forced, rushed & not any need for.
2. Close friendship between the boys who care for each other through everything vs ruined one, way ooc & Tim instead of Damian.
I still don't like the older, bland as oatmeal, Jon Kent. I believe that little Jon should've been the best representation for queer kids, someone I desperately needed when I was 10.
