An extremely intoxicated man with coke coming out of his nose was being disorderly, cops from midtown gave the man multiple warnings to go home, the man then started acting disorderly and cops went in to restrain him , the man start grabbing on the cops neck when I jumped in to help the 2 cops , the man was taken to the hospital for help .
