@atc_hogan I’m a firm believer in you learn by doing. Let them do everything they are comfortable doing. Treat them as peers. Include them in discussions with parents and/or coaches. I don’t try to overload mine with lots of “book” knowlege, they get that in the classroom.

@BJonesATC Actually, this is the one thing that MUST change. Colleges and universities must COMMIT to student-athlete health & safety being the highest priority. At most places, it isn’t even on the list. Commit to that and staffing/salary/budget/quality of life will follow naturally.
