Steve Ehlmann says St. Charles County has “NOTHING to do” with apartment growth.

Meanwhile St. Charles County just unveiled the Route N “Great Places” initiative with East-West Gateway featuring:

✔ Apartments
✔ Multifamily housing
✔ Townhomes
✔ Mixed-use development

That’s not my opinion.

That’s straight from the County presentation.

Pretending the County has nothing to do with shaping growth?

The County’s own documents say otherwise.

And after 15,000+ apartment units built since 2010...

You can’t fight for homeowners if you’re sleeping.
