This week, I announced that SBA delivered $45 billion in federally-backed loans for small businesses in FY25 - the most ever approved by the agency.

These loans are zero-subsidy, meaning they come at no cost to taxpayers.

Every day the shutdown continues, and our lending programs remain closed, it will prevent over 300 small businesses from accessing about $170M in capital - which they would have otherwise used to expand, hire, and invest.

The Schumer Shutdown is directly choking off growth on Main Street.
