You are confusing Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) with 'real' crypto. Every government wants the control afforded them by CBDC, and every citizen should fight against it. Fortunately we have Bitcoin and a couple of other crypto (of the many), which are our protection against intrusive governments and greedy Banks. Nobody, NOBODY, can turn Bitcoin off. Crypto is a very complex subject, but is too often viewed simplistically by people like yourself who have no real understanding of it.

Please do not associate all Australians with our left wing government and Marxist Prime Minister. They are only going to be in power until May 2025 anyway. Every few elections we give Labor another chance (heavy Union support) and every time they stuff it up. When will we learn? I personally know not one single Australian who is sympathetic to this government's pro Palestinian stance. Many many many Australians are very pro Israel, as is the Liberal party which will replace these turn coats next May.
