@SkyHelpTeam can you tell me when you're online Sky experts are going to be available?? Our complaint hasn't been answered since 21st January and I want to speak with someone. This service is disgusting
@SkyHelpTeam We registered a complaint over a month ago and were told we'd be compensated but haven't yet heard anything or received any compensation. So disappointing
@SkyHelpTeam Yes they've had to call the team on 4 different occasions, just to go through the exact same process and be on the phone for over an hour. Yesterday they were told to wait for an engineer to get in touch and they haven't heard anything since. It's really disappointing

An engineer "upgraded" their broadband to fibre optic and now they've been left with no phone line and no internet for 4 days and ZERO communication from Sky. Disgusting!
