@Stoppage_TimeS@JacobAframian Jesus. Who on earth is this clown. Do yourself a favour and get people with knowledge on your show, set some standards. Do better!
@danbardell I feel and share your frustration, we are playing a different game to our competitors despite having the same goals and standards. However I'm good with this signing. He's not Konsa, but is one of the best young English defenders. Unai will improve him as he improved Konsa.
This is absolutely heads gone statistics. What #AVFC and #BHA have achieved over the past 4-5 years is truly unbelievable. Yet, the selling still continues. The Premier League financial rules stink the place out!
The NERDS are already calling the opening match at The Amex on Sunday “The negative net spend derby”…which could be even more acute if Konsa, Baleba and Minteh are added to the list of the departed players before the window shuts
Data from @valuball .
Aston Villa is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of European Cup winner Jimmy Rimmer, who has died at the age of 78.
The thoughts of everyone at the club are with Jimmy's family and friends at this extremely difficult time.
@AlexMCway1 Quality trip!. Would have been better if you were there obviously. Thought we were really good and deserved to win. Btw. Met a London lion who brought me a beer (James? - tall bloke) - I'll need to make that back if you know him ;o)
@villaontour_@simonlines. Fellas. Looking for some advice. Meant to be travelling to Munich/Salzberg on Tuesday but the person I was supposed to be travelling with has had to pull out last second. Are you aware of a Villa "group" that gets people connected so Im not a loner.?
Aston Villa can confirm that the club’s appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport regarding the registration of Brian Madjo has been upheld.
17-year-old Madjo signed for the club from Metz in January. Born in Enfield, London and a UK citizen, he left England at a young age and was raised in Luxembourg but has been unable to play due to FIFA‘s rules on the international transfer of minors.
The striker has scored four goals in pre-season so far, including two in the opening friendly fixture against Walsall.
The court’s decision today means that Brian will be registered as an Aston Villa player and eligible to play in official competition matches for the forthcoming season.
@WardenDrumgoole@RussoHockey Valid about England. Got a number of challenges to address (they will). Those teams who feel inferior may will play defensive counter attacking and if they get to the lottery of penalties. Disagree about every team. The game yesterday was just very low on attackng quality.
