Even with a Long Range Model Y, I can charge in Bakersfield and make it there and back only if I don’t actually spend time there. If I stop to enjoy panning the river, fish, or even use Dog Mode while I grab lunch, I’m forced to leave early around ~20% just to make it back with a very slim buffer and re-gen being mandatory!

That cuts the trip short every time. It’s a tourism town… do Kernville, @lake_isabella a favor to help their local economy and give access to EV’s especially for staying multiple days!

Kernville, CA, is a destination, not just a pass-through. A Supercharger here would make a huge difference for Tesla drivers trying to actually enjoy the area. Especially if you want to stay or multiple days. Thanks for your consideration! @Kernvillelife

Yes, there is existing slower J1772 9.6 Kh. 2 plug stations at the USFS Ranger District.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ One usually occupied by the properties EV and the other stall is handicap. It’s rare to utilize the only EV infrastructure.
