The 1938-39 Schwabenland expedition took ~11,600 aerial photos of New Swabia plus some film. Most were lost in WWII; ~1,100+ survived. Hundreds are free to download via PANGAEA (search DAE 1938/39 airphotos, including 558-image and 57-plate sets). Expedition reports appear on Internet Archive. A short archival film exists but is not widely online. No inland bases or further ops are documented.
