The Chief Minister keeps talking about a Patal Lok road network. It is only now we understand that what he meant was that roads in the city will collapse and go into Patal Lok! This is in Bhandup today.

During the pre-monsoon preparations, the Mayor and the @mybmc Commissioner did a lot of PR and media management to show as if everything was done well, the work was completed 100%, but from the first day of rain itself, Mumbaikars have been left to their own devices with roads, trees and portions of buildings collapsing.

We have had 3-4 deaths already in rain related incidents but not one show of accountability, let alone remorse. Shame!

साझी शहादत - साझी विरासत की ये ख़ूबसूरत शाम सिर्फ एक साहित्यिक शाम ही नहीं थी बल्कि गंगा जमुनी तहज़ीब का एक एैसा संगम थी जिसने दिलों को मिलाने का काम किया।
ढ़ेर सारे सियासी महारथियों की मौजूदगी और शायरी का शानदार दौर, कुछ विशिष्ठ व्यक्तियों का सम्मान और मौलाना आज़ाद साहब और पंडित नेहरू पर लिखी गई डॉ मोहम्मद नौशाद की दो किताबों का विमोचन।
सम्पत सरल, चरन सिंह बशर, कुँअर जावेद, अमीर इमाम, तबरेज़ हाशमी, हिमांशी बाबरा, इब्राहिम ज़ीशान, मनिका दूबे, अब्बास क़मर की शायरी और मारूफ़ रायबरेलवी की निज़ामत ने शाम को यादगार बना दिया।

ये देश साझी शहादत से बना है और हम इसकी साझी विरासत को हमेशा बरकरार रखेंगे।

BJP ruled BMC is gifting this plot to their favourite builders to construct a luxury 5-star hotel on a BMC property and giving the BMC only ₹455 crore in return and just 1300 sq mtrs of space for it’s Municipal Testing Laboratory. BMC must stay this auction immediately. The auction conditions have been rigged to suit only particular favourite builders who want to gulp this plot and make windfall profits through the 5-star hotel. There needs to be a debate on auctioning BMC properties before BMC Group Leaders. Ad hoc auctioning of prime BMC properties must be stopped immediately. This is a multi crore scam.

Held a meeting with senior officials of Western Railway and raised certain important issues :
✔️ Residents of Navpada have been facing severe difficulties after the closure of Railway gates in their vicinity. Asked for a resolution to the matter.
✔️ Requested for installation of escalator at Bandra station near Gate 18 and asked for betterment of passenger amenities
✔️ Asked to maintain proper distancing for fencing around the railway lines at Mahim to ensure people's movement is not impacted
