@valarr_dohaeris Punishment to anyone filing Fake cases should be Equal to the Suffering of that innocent person. If that person suffers jail for days/months/years or dies due to Fake Case, then the person who filed the Fake Case should also be sent to jail for the same period or time or hanged.

@sarcasm1974 The Man should file Defamation, Conspiracy case against such people. The moment a person drags his/her wife/husband to the police, court with Fake Cases having the possibility of landing him/her into jail,all kindness should disappear. The Offender should be taught legal lesson.

@MusingGee Do you think after fighting fake cases with tremendous mental agony, it will be easy to fight again? Nobody is born to fight cases after cases in his prime time. Once a case is proved as Fake, the law should capture the conspirator automatically and without any hesitation.

@MusingGee Punishment for Filing Fake Cases should be applied automatically the day when it is proved and all the money spent for the case should be recovered. The Punishment should be equal to the suffering of the victim Men. The POSH Law should not be the only law preaching punishment.

Regarding consent, How will you prove whether the thing was consensual or not especially when filing of fake cases are rampant?

@MasalaMoodz Dowry is Illegal. Girls along with their parents should also be arrested for giving dowry. Dowry and Alimony are given against someone's will. But, many times Isn't dowry willfully given by the girls parents to well established Men with the hope of their daughter's bright future?
