⭐️Had the pleasure of performing the first case at Geisinger GMC using the Hybridflex knife by ERBE 🗡️—also my first time using this tool. Achieved en bloc removal of a LNPCP (rectum).

✅Pros: faster procedure with fewer instrument exchanges, controlled dissection with the shorter knife length, excellent stability, and held up well even in retroflex.

❌Cons: still needed a dedicated injection for initial SM lift (only saline via knife), and limited pre-coagulation on vessels due to smaller shaft size.

This is a through-the-scope fully covered self expanding esophageal metal stent (TTS FCSEMS).

Learn to deploy this. It needs no fluoroscopy, but does need a therapeutic gastroscope.

It’s as easy as leaving a guidewire behind.
