We were treated to a brilliant talk by @MPLandscapes yesterday, 'A Quiet Beauty' with wonderful pictures from forests and hills in the Lake District and Scotland as well as insights into Mike's approach.

Good morning. Today e finish our series of images by Nigel Lumb presented at the 9x9x9 evening. Nigel talked about the difficulty of taking images of birds in flight and in relation to this image, how disappointed he was that the heron flew away, not towards him, with the eel!
