8/ Shortly afterwards, the @Hector_Network multisig called withdrawAll() on the HectorRedemptionTreasury to return the remaining 9m USDC to the multisig.

At this stage its too early to confirm whether this was an exploit, or some unorthodox testing which involves swapping treasury funds for ETH and distributing to new wallets (no logical reason).

As the wallet was explictly added to the TokenVault contract by the deployer, the most likely explanation would be either a private key compromise, or a rogue dev.

With radio silence from the team, monitoring the involved wallets may be the only way to determine what actually happened.
