@MTNNG @fccpcnigeria @bosuntijani @NgComCommission I have never seen this level of ridiculousness and neglect from a brand as @MTNNG has ignored me in the last 1month and 4days, as if I'm begging for a service I didn't pay for, as if I want free subscription, you increased the cost and yet you decide to not give value.

It's been exactly 1month and 4days since I renewed my @MTNNG FibreX Subscription (N30,000) and I have not gotten value for my money. I have been left stranded without Internet connection and @MTNNG is not ready to resolve it.
