Today was biocrust day on the Großglockner! Some very neat mosses, lichens, and cyanobacteria, introduced to us by Prof. Bettina Weber. A few vascular plants made it into the running too though - including (maybe) pre-bloom Edelweiß (or potentially Arabis or Antennaria...).
We invite you to join the session SSS4.6 at the EGU conference.
