Today I got my Nat 5 class to revise enzymes. We brought a past paper to life by creating lactose free milk by using suspended lactase. We poured boiling water over the enzyme and repeated, showing them how it had denatured and then discussed results. @SSERCBiology @PHD_Biology

S3 Today were learning about seed dispersal. These are sycamore seed style cut outs that they they coloured to their taste and we experimented with extra weight added (paperclips) and its affects. @PeterheadAca @PHD_Biology #teacher #edutwitter
