@richardosman The cadbury advert where a young girl buys her mum a bar of chocolate using tiny trinkets/toys. Icing on the cake is when the shop keeper gives her change, think its a winged horse, knowing it was important to her. So many good messages and a nice recognision of corner shops

I spotted this rare cranefly, yellow-ringed comb-horned cranefly in the grounds at Juniper Hall in Surrey FSC. As well as being a tutor, I am also responsible for mapping grounds ecology. I spotted this rare find during a training session I was running about the grounds ecology.

@strandings_man @SussexDolphin No afraid not, message came from local BDMLR. One of their medics visited and they said it was a old grey seal quite likely Clive who hauled out a regularly on Brighton Beach last year

Last visit to the coast, Hope Gap, with an A level group, studying coastal zonation. I colleced animals to help the students with species ID, seaweeds, topshell, chiton, blenny, dogwhelk ... Spotted an artist painting the cliffs.

Presented a special talk for the Friends of Juniper Hall called the secret life of seals based on my 26 year study of Sussex Seals. Talk was well recieved and questions continued over lunch and enjoyed sharing my passion with such a interested and receptive audience.

@btnhovewildlife No more badger visits recorded since, but I don't put the trail cam out every night. Foxes are regular visitors, based on natural markings at least 2 of this year's cubs have been visiting our garden. Apologies for delay, working at Juniper Hall in Surrey & just had covid again.

@Mammal_Society Potential conflict between social housing for urban foxes and mouse flaps in all cereal cupboards. And yes, foxes are omnivorous so they would have a cereal cupboard too.
