The funny thing about this whole p is that one day,one MD will still come on this app and complain that someone came to the hospital for something 'minor' thereby wasting their time.
Na time.😅
The public part yen ehn
Na water for here
One of the things i understand better now is the fact that the public now know more than the public of the past
Another one is that many of them are watching you. For example, it is common for some to wait till you have goofed or excel before they say “I have checked it myself” and this is what I saw.
Some won’t even talk, but that simple thing can lead to you making them your client for life or them shading you in their minds that “this one doesn’t know anything”
That is why as an HCP, continuous reading >>>>. It ain’t even a joke.
I think you are getting something wrong here.
No one was dragging any profession.
A huge part of the discourse flipped were pharmacists who saw a simple question as an attack to their profession
The Healthcare space is big enough for collaboration because at the end of day, patient is the king and the discourse is to how we can improve quality of care.
When i saw the index tweet of the sore throat, my quote asking why he didn't go to a hospital was to understand why Nigerians and a lot of people do that. Understanding consumer's behavior.
As someone who is involved in building health products to solve problems, I always wonder why don't they use it.
You build a platform where they can talk to doctors to make life easy. Nigerians don't use it
You build a platform where you can run your prescription by pharmacists and get drug delivered to them..they don't use it
You build digital laboratory platforms to solve problems.
Nigerians don't use it.
So my question was more of understanding consumer's behaviour.
A simple question which should spark cerebral discourse but your colleagues saw it as an avenue of me shitting on the pharmacy profession which is so hilarious
My best friend is a pharmacist and I would never shit on a noble profession as pharmacy.
But when your colleague the pharmacist who labeled sore throat as minor and said PSGN ( in his deleted tweets) quoted my tweets with why should People go to hospitals for sore throat.
He created a divergent discourse and of course I decided to follow that through.
For me, every discourse is valid.
I don't believe anything is rage bait.
It is social media . If you want to engage . Engage. If you don't want to . Then don't
People are free to air their opinions and strike discourse
But when you become uncivil and cannot criticize respectfully. Don't expect the other party to sit and be looking like a damsel in distress. No. Your energy will be matched.
It's a beautiful day and we are all building the Healthcare system.
We need all hands on deck.
You and Me
Perception is a very funny concept.😂
"People will only see, what THEY CHOOSE to see"
Is Endoscopy the Gold Standard? YES (never disputed that)
Is that the COMMON practice in Nigeria? NO (you can come and dispute this claim with proofs)
Does that make it guess work? Another NO (I can present evidences)
Are there alternatives that can effectively be used in the diagnosis of Ulcer? YES.
So please, let's stay on track.
CCTV (China Central Television) just broadcasted crypto. It's a big deal. The Chinese speaking communities are buzzing. Historically, coverages like these led to bull runs.
Not saying past predicts the future. And not financial advice.

As some of you suggested, instead of direct delistings, we will move "no-progress projects" to innovation zone first. IF they still don't improve, we may delist. One more intermediate step.
