The Bonus amount should not be calculated on the basis of the 6th Pay Commission. Instead, it must be calculated using the minimum Basic Pay of ₹18,000 under the 7th Pay Commission, resulting in a bonus of ₹46,159.
Respect the Hard Work of Railway Employees. Calculate Railway Bonus on the basis of the 7th Pay Commission!
