Flushed with its ICEYE success, Molten Ventures $GROW invests €30m into €270m series-D funding round by Isar Aerospace, a German satellite launch company it says is “one of the most significant opportunities” in the European space technology sector. https://t.co/y4AaYFnZNN
$SSIT 🇬🇧 Iceye quadruples valuation from last funding round to € 10 billion.
This raises the NAV per share of SSIT to 250p and imo concludes successfully this near term catalyst that I've been chasing, as now Iceye is priced close to public market peers. Still some "discount" on both Iceye value and currently to SSIT nav, but on the same page at least.
Now ofc there's still a quite high quality space asset portfolio with unique access to private side of the sector in SSIT. More of play on the sector as whole, which is def hot and growing, if that's a thing you are into.
But it's also prettttty expensive, Iceye for example now valued 20 x 2026 targeted revenue.

If you are thinking about how to benefit from this as a European investor, there is a small-cap French stock, Stif France SAS $ALSTI, which is a supplier to $FLNC Fluence Energy.
This play is a curveball, aiming not at battery tech but the tech that keeps batteries safe.
STIF specialises in passive and active explosion-protection systems (explosion panels, suppression devices, etc.) specifically engineered for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Fluence integrates these safety components into its grid-scale lithium-ion battery containers and projects to meet strict regulatory and fire-safety standards (e.g., NFPA compliance).
Fluence’s massive backlog (over $5.5 billion as of Q1 2026) directly translates into recurring revenue visibility for STIF, since every Fluence BESS cube requires these specialised safety products.
BESS explosion protection is 45.8% of $ALSTI's revenue. T
The stock is down -5.62% over the last 12 months.
If you are bullish on AI/Datacenters, you should check this French microcap out. I have not heard many accounts talking about this one yet.
$ALSTI - Stif France SAS
We all know the bottleneck for datacenters is power. This rush for power directly leads to accelerating demand for grid-scale battery storage.
Stif does not produce battery storage units, but they produce a very important part of the construction: the explosion protection valves.
The beauty, this stock is still under the radar. Because not very long ago they had nothing to do with AI or datacenters.
Before transitioning into this BESS segment, they were a ''simple'' industrial company focusing on passive and active protection against industrial dust explosions.
This exact same technology works great in the BESS systems. And that's where the focus is now.
In the past couple of years, they've transitioned the business model. The BESS division is now the motor of the company. Growing at 40%+ CAGR and making up almost 50% of total revenue.
Some important things to know:
They are locking down big clients like $TSLA $FLNC , Sungrow, Wärtsilä and $CATL.
Revenue in Asia literally tripled YoY in 2025
ROIC is high enough at 27% and margins are increasing.
Stif is mostly family owned and management has skin-in-the-game.
51% of shares are family held , 49% is publicly traded
Management has a habit of underpromising and overdelivering, exactly what I like to see.
Cash position is very healthy and they have a buyback program in place, but have yet to make use of it.
After dropping 40% from the ATH in April, the stock has recovered a good chunk since.
However, I do believe STIF has a lot more room for growth.
Don't expect a 10X from this one, but I'm positive a double or triple should be doable in the next few years.
$ALSTI trades at the Euronext Growth Paris and is easily accessible via IBKR.

Trump is building an army loyal to him alone, and paying them up to $250k/year. If you can’t see ICE for what it is yet, then you’re not going to until it’s too late.
Recently had a good conversation with Rocket Lab chief Pete Beck. It amazes me that nearly a decade after Electron's debut, there is still no viable competitor in its class.
