This past fall we banded 40 Northern Saw-whet Owls. Of these 40 only 5 were adults! We are excited to continue learning more about Northern Saw-whet Owls and we are already looking forward to next fall! Thank you to everyone who volunteered at the station this year!

All jokes aside we were very excited when we captured this red morph Eastern Screech Owl at our owl banding station in Fort Collins!
Our 2024 Fall Fundraiser, A Night for the Birds, was an incredible success. What a night we had! Over 200 people flocked together and raised over $130,000 to support Bird Conservancy's vision of a future where birds are forever abundant!
