@UHC Hi my parents are on your Medicare advantage plan. As part of the plan they get $50 in OTC benefits each quarter. But the vendor they have to purchase the items are always out of most products. If you want seniors to use the benefits please make all products available.

@UHC my mom and dad have Medicare with $50/mo OTC benefits. However most of the items are out of stock for last 6 months. If they don’t use the benefits they loose it. @UHC if you sell a Medicare product to seniors please make sure they can use the benefits.
