@coolidge999 @WallStreetApes Yes- Have Meritain Aetna and MRI outpatient - preauthorization was done and facility called that it was $250 copay. Consider it a standard pay.
Then , received a bill for $2700.
Out corp account liaison and HR Benefits sent email telling it is my responsibility. Horrible!

@MIDFLORIDA During the call to customer service, I was told that if I want to make principal only payments, I have to come to office in person - we are 4 hrs away. Cannot make payment on the phone. I have never experienced such a difficulty to make car loan payments.

@MIDFLORIDA Just started banking with Midflorida with car loan . It has been amazingly difficult to navigate this system and set up for payments.
We have been unable to set an external account, make principal payments and now have to pay with credit card.
