@RuncoLawPC You are right in some cases, my friend. But a litigant earning $35,000 per year, living in a rented apartment and making vehicle payments so they can keep working, AND paying CSG support, cannot afford us. 😐
@RuncoLawPC Totally agree that professionally-rendered service is the gold standard, but the unfortunate reality is that many people cannot afford counsel. They are not choosing to self-represent, they have no choice. Resources such as this are helpful but not the ideal solution.
