@AmericanAir has lost and delayed my bags on every flight I’ve taken since May, except two. Customer care isn’t a priority with this airline anymore. This morning we arrived at MCO three hours before our flight, only to arrive to CLT 6 hours late and still no bags. #sad

@AmericanAir has had three opportunities to put my bag on a flight from @CLTAirport to Charleston…. 3 entire flights and they can’t seem to put my bag on the flight!!! I need help, NOW. I’ve had to buy an entire wardrobe for an event this evening.

@AmericanAir is going to lose my loyalty and my business. Dealyed flights, you expect, but just downright disorder, I don't want it. Coming out of Seattle yesterday both kegs of my flights the is ks were in operative. Then today in Greensboro althis gate crew is horrible.

Why did I change my homeowners and auto insurance to @StateFarm ?? Ugh. I can’t see my policies on the App, I can’t get an agent on the phone, and I have a car in my garage with a flat tire that I had to pay for to get service and then nobody shows up. N Que to speak to a..ugh
