My fix for KB5077181 DHCP errors was: go to network & internet settings, select my network, manually assign the local IPv4 that my router had been using for my computer all along. That simple, that infuriating.

I was going to stream today instead of yesterday, but then last night Windows Update broke my computer's network connection. So I stayed up 2 hours late, then woke up and worked on it for another 3 hours. So I haven't gotten ready, and now there's not time for everything.
