@FedExHelp Hi Cristina, You were fast to reply to my public post, but we are now 24hrs past me sending you the requested PM and I haven't heard a word... we also don't have our package!

@FedExHelp Our packages show out for delivery day-after-day but no attempt is ever made. Called cust serve this morning and agent said he spoke with depot and confirmed that packages were being scanned but driver was not actually attempting delivery.

Well @FedExHelp reached out and requested a DM so that they could "assist" us with this issue. I responded within minutes. Thirteen hours later, no reply. To their credit, they did invent a new excuse for failing to deliver today "Local delivery restriction".
