@Vivek4real_ This is the problem.
If the “endgame” is one company hoovering up supply to engineer scarcity, that’s not adoption or freedom, it’s financialisation.
Price rises because coins are locked, not used. Scarcity without use isn’t digital Manhattan, it’s a coordination trade.
Bitcoin isn’t “crashing”, it’s unwinding. After a strong run into a four-year cycle top, liquidity is tightening, leverage is getting flushed out, and risk assets are repricing. This is a normal post-cycle pullback where time does the damage more than price. Historically, this phase is about cooling off excess, not Bitcoin failing.
This is pure revisionist PR.
OpenAI was founded as a non profit, open alternative to exactly this kind of centralised power, then you commercialised it, closed it, pushed Elon out, and now lecture others about control and morality. That’s not principle, that’s rebranding.
Anthropic’s ad was satire about incentives, not a claim about your current product. Pretending users can’t tell the difference is insulting, especially from a company already talking about ads and monetisation at scale.
“Free access” isn’t democracy, it’s market capture. Agency comes from transparency and choice, not from one company deciding what’s safe, allowed, or profitable for everyone else.
Calling Anthropic authoritarian while OpenAI positions itself as the default intelligence layer for the world is projection, not insight.
This isn’t about builders vs controllers. It’s about who controls the future, and right now you’re doing a closed, corporate version of the very thing you were created to prevent.
