GPT Astra / Opus 5.5 -> Real estate photos to 3D walkable spaces - GitHub Skill
Repo is here:
https://t.co/1duqWGKmhJ
This workflow sparked a lot of "how to do it" questions - so we decided that to share the skill will be the best solution
Your AI agent will lead you through all the steps, and the README file will explain all the installation details.
Have fun:
$20 claude sub and literally zero coding or 3D skills is all you need to ship a playable game prototype now
opus 5.5 burned barely 15% of my weekly quota to build a playable Far Cry 3 clone in three.js from a detailed promt and photo reference
- functional AK-47 with actual bullet spread
- shooting into water triggers dynamic splash physics
- toggleable weather + real-time day/night cycle
- overall environment aesthetic looks clean (and it's just basic textures)
yeah it took around 4 hours total and a few prompt iterations, but what you can build with ai rn is actually unhinged
and this isn't even the final build, just an early test. got some wild mechanics cooking for this project soon
NeoHorse-Jev-4B is now open—a compact model built to turn application states directly into structured decisions and probabilities.
🏆 Scores 77.70 across six text decision benchmark groups, ranking first among the four open-weight models with complete results in the comparison.
⚡ Prefill-only inference avoids autoregressive answer generation and supports three decision primitives: Choice for action selection, Noul for yes/no judgment, and Score for ordered ratings.
🎮 The same interface can power request routing, tool selection, workflow control, games, robot manipulation, and autonomous-driving simulations.
🖼️ Supports text inputs or a single image combined with text, returning normalized probabilities that applications can use directly.
🛠️ Deploy locally through vLLM, SGLang, Python, CLI, or HTTP. Apache 2.0.
We just open-sourced a whole game studio.

Jev playing the piano.
I gave it the key, all 88 notes to choose from and the sequence so far.
Did chords in a second pass once we had the melody by giving it the bar's notes & 7 chords to choose from.
Plays it safe & loves alternating between G and A but with some lessons, it might get there.
