Many schools don’t have sufficient tech, and even where they have, pupils do not have internet or data at home. 38% of pupils on Free School Meals live in mobile only households. We can’t deliver #online #tutoring to pupils who can’t access it.

At 16, only 24.7% of disadvantaged students get a good pass in English and Maths GCSE compared with 49.9% of all other pupils.
45% of BAME children in poverty compared with 26% White British
