我们在尝试其他的解决办法，有一些进展🫡

Dear Fiat24 community,

First of all, thank you for the trust you've placed in us over the years.

Since 14 July, we have temporarily paused Crypto Top-Up, and we know this has been inconvenient for many of you. We sincerely apologize.

From day one, Compliance has always come before Growth. Over the past months, our user base and transaction volume have grown faster than the internal risk management, compliance, and customer support capacity we originally built.

Rather than continue to scale with insufficient infrastructure, we've made the difficult decision to pause Crypto Top-Up and temporarily suspend new client onboarding while we strengthen our internal controls.

Our core services remain fully operational:
✅ International Wire transfers
✅ FX
✅ P2P payments

We're working around the clock to complete the necessary upgrades and bring Crypto Top-Up back as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience, your continued support, and for believing in what we're building. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.

在维护期间：
