@Delta @ATLairport 15 minutes early at Atlanta and with a 2 hour layover and am about to miss my flight home because of the traffic jam in customs. This is ridiculous.

Dozens of desks at customs in @ATLairport only a fraction of which were staffed. Took hours to just get to the customs desk then another hour to go through security. Staff the airport properly. It’s not like you don’t know when fights are coming in! @Delta

Yep. @Delta @ATLairport - missed my flight because the airport was seriously understaffed along with dozens of others. Now in a shitty Motel 6 that reeks of cigarettes, pot, and has blasting music the front staff is doing nothing about. This is the best Delta can do apparently.
