fire的价格将有三种可能：
1:市场价高于债券价（市场价指的是fire和frbtc的交易对价格），大家会去买债券套利
2:市场价在债券价和赎回价之间。fire会随着diesel价格上涨，Lp金本位发生改变而导致高于债券价和国库赎回价
3:市场价低于国库赎回价，会导致大家去市场买fire从国库赎回LP
所以一般情况，fire的价格是介于债券价和赎回价之间
当fire-pt（以前的wlp）和LP之间的交易对成立时，这里的价格波动将会引起用户买diesel组Lp进行套利（国库里的Lp也可以拿出来回购fire-pt，从而增加国库的流动性和提高fire的赎回支撑底价）
