@CWRUFilms Prime Time Lords & Ladies - the most well known being Dottore Who, the Morosofo (aka the Master of Folly), and Rassilone) - are at their core multiversal beings who travel to any and everywhere, often with comedic results.

@CWRUFilms A unique aspect of their biology is the ability to regenerate (clothing and all) into a brand new incarnation (even while on stage during a play). There are no limits to this, it can happen quite often, and they can even return to an earlier form if a "fan favorite".
