Shadow fax how can you be so imptent that you don’t deliver a parcel 10-15 km away just because you don’t have enough parcel. Dear CEO CTO, kindly pay some attention. My life pissed off of calling customer care all day for delivery

@meesho_support @meesho_support @shadowfax_in Nah , the Shadow fax is pathetic and scumbug. Meesho support, your Escalationd department contated me twice and he told that Warning has been given to delivery partner and delivery agent for delivery. Still same behaviour.

@meesho_support You’re already looking into it since a week. But doing nothing at all. I told you to cancel the partnership with this Shadowfax_in because I am ordering lot of things from meesho, delivery partner shadowfax, but they don’t deliver it because of just low parcel count in my area

@shadowfax_in @shadowfax_in @meesho_support Called delivery agent and spoke to Hub manager as well, however he straight away said that we don’t have much parcel at your address so we’ll deliver as per our convenience, we can’t see customer’s satisfaction , we’ll have to see out profit first
