@British_Airways going on day 5 with no luggage. It has arrived in Glasgow but I’ve been waiting for it from you delivery company for 4 day.Need to do better and find a deliver company with more that 1 star that can be reached. It’s not doing me any good in their warehouse.

@British_Airways We understand the delay. The problem is your courier. They have had the bag for 3.5 days. They have no phone contact and we have sat at home for 2 days waiting and they say no one is home. They are giving you a bad reputation
