@nailainayat Common practice with sick religious minds to find Allah's hand in every natural calamity. If this is true then India, with thousands of mandirs should have ceased to exist long ago. Also plenty of mandirs in Europe and America. Why Allah scared of destroying those countries

Muhammed ordered the killing of an elderly woman called Umm Qirfa by putting a rope into her two legs and to two camels and driving them until they separated her in two and later, her severed head was paraded all over the streets of Medina.

She belonged to a pagan tribe named Banu Fazara in the valley of al-Qurra. She was the chief of her clan. Muhammad and his followers raided and overpowered them.

Afterwards, Umm Qirfa was beheaded and her head was brought to Medina and presented to Muhammad as proof of her execution.

The attack took place six years after Muhammad’s Hijra (هMigration) to Medina in 622 AD.

Sources: Ibn Ishaq's Sirat Rasul Allah. This was the very first biography of Mohammed, and all later biographies have been drawn from it.

Ibn Ishaq adds that Umm Qirfa's daughter, taken captive, was given to Muhammad's companion Salama b. Amr b. al-Akwa, who presented her to his uncle Hazn b. Abu Wahb and she bore him Abdul-Rahman b. Hazn.

Sahih Bukhari 9:88:219 suggested that the motivation for the execution might have been a consequence of Zyad b. Harithah emulates Muhammad's inability to tolerate women in leadership roles in society.

Such stories are swept under the carpet and even most Muslims are unaware of it as it has been removed from some translations.

But of course, Islam is the religion of peace, presently busy in the soft conquering of Europe and when complete, this may be done to their women.

@theRealYLH Ahmadi's are a very small minority - even smaller now than in 1947 because of massive migration. Still Ahmadiyya issue is the biggest issue in Pakistan: bigger than unemployment, inflation, illiteracy and corruption.

@mazdaki I am inclined to agree with Solangi Sahib. High electric bills are the result of failed economy. Reducing elect bills would have to be at the cost of something else.

How do we go on solving it?
- better surveillance of mosques
- banning religious schools
- abolishing Sharia courts
- resisting Islam gaining any political power
- cutting fundings to Islamists orgs

@bahishteezewar Pakistan's education system when I was in school (Mid-Late 1950's) was mostly designed by secular (not atheist) educators and I believe it was pretty good. The destruction of Pakistani education system (and other things) began during Zia time.

@SadiaGoneBeyond I sincerely wish all the luck to the families of US/CA/UK in importing grooms from Pakistan. In my son's case, we had a very bad experience. Now, Pakistan is the last place we will look for a match for him.
