Absolutely brutal situation with drink vendors tonight @ScotiabankArena for the @JeffLynnesELO show tonight. Spent $100 on beer (4, which is insane) only to be told I couldn’t buy a Diet Coke there and to go next door (they had for mix). Next door was sold out. Both 30min+ lines.

@Ghostcrawler Wow made dungeons unrewarding because players would stop engaging with them once they had the rewards they wanted. We need to stop worrying about people disengaging with a system once they’ve gotten what they want out of it. Challenge is fun when rewards are appropriate.
