I had the exact same problem. My company gave us Replit access and pushed us to use AI, so I went all in and built this really cool tool last week. Then IT hit me with a message saying I’d burned through $1,200 already—our budget is only $500 a month per person.
It sucks because the thing I’m working on turned out way better than I expected. Normally this would’ve taken me a couple months of messing around to even get close. Now I have to dial it way back to stay under budget and figure out what features I’ll have to drop.
These tools are insane for just dreaming up and actually building useful stuff, but I guess at some point we’re gonna have to prove the ROI to keep spending like this.

What if turning point helps organize an alternative to the Super Bowl halftime show? The All-American halftime spectacular! Family, friendly, songs, everyone knows and loves. Amazing production. When advertisers see all of the viewership they lose during that halftime moment that will completely end all of the weird Super Bowl halftime shows permanently.
