@JosephhhWhite Previous (and now current manager), who by the way is a good guy and is not at fault at all in this process, had a very similar first 8 games to Brad but was then given plenty of time despite only 4 wins in 28 league games.

Play to the strengths of the players u have, pick up results so the board/fans are content for a while but ultimately fail take the club fwd. He is forcing the boards hand into major investment & quickly.
