US youth soccer is already a $ driven mess. Each national and local league choosing their own reg policies? Should not have even been an option - absolute nightmare scenario.

You want different rules? What then happens in tournaments when MLS next, ECNL, GA teams play each other?
What happens when our teams play international clubs who go by BY?
