ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਤ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਫੇਸ ਮਾਸਕ / ਕਵਰ ਪਹਿਨਣਾ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ. ਪਰ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਹਿਨਦੇ ਹਾਂ!
