Been trying for weeks to reach @lyft because they are keeping my prepaid tips, not paying bonus zones, and also not paying me 70% of the passenger payments after the ambiguous “external fees”. I have screenshot proof. And still, nothing.
But because they have outsourced “support“, the scripted robots who I have the soul crushing experience of speaking to can’t do anything, because it veer off of their scripted responses.

@Uber_Support I was deactivated because of two incidents, where I was yelled at, screamed at, and threatened. Filed safety reports. Passengers made retaliatory complaints. I was deactivated. Can someone please help me? I can’t imagine Uber deactivating with safety reports filed.
