Why is it so hard for Eagles fans to admit Hurts is the problem when he’s playing poorly?

And before the injury excuses start: this isn’t just about the supporting cast. He’s missing open receivers and failing to progress through reads. That’s a QB problem.

The same problem he had at Bama that got him benched for TUA

Eagles fans are quick to say other QBs are trash or “didn’t do enough” when their teams lose. But when Hurts struggles, suddenly football is a team sport and none of it is on the QB.

You can post as many pictures of Hurts holding the Lombardi as you want. Trent Dilfer has one too.

Winning a Super Bowl doesn’t automatically make a QB an elite, game changing force multiplier.

Hurts has had plenty of team success. That doesn’t mean we have to pretend he’s playing like an elite QB when the tape says otherwise.
